We provide website design, SEO and social media services for care providers. The exact scope, timings and deliverables for your project are agreed in writing before we start.
Prices shown on this site are a guide. You receive a fixed, written quote after your discovery call. Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice, and payment is due by the date stated.
To deliver on time we need you to provide the content, access and feedback we ask for. Delays in providing these may affect your project timeline.
Once your project is fully paid for, the final website and materials we create for you are yours to use. We may show the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to.
We do not lock you into long contracts. Ongoing services such as SEO and social media run month to month unless agreed otherwise, and either side can end them with reasonable notice as set out in your agreement.
We take great care in our work, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as exact rankings or enquiry numbers, as these depend on factors outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
